Investment and ongoing fees (excl. VAT)
Setup investment
- Average set-up cost: R 995,000 (includes R 385,000 franchise fee)
- Initial working capital: R 250,000
- Minimum owner contribution: 50%
Ongoing fees
- Year 1: 2.5% royalty on turnover
- Year 2: 3.0% royalty on turnover
- Year 3 onward: 3.5% royalty on turnover
- Marketing fee: 2.5% of turnover
Franchise term
Initial agreement: 10 years. Renewal: 10 years.
Application process
- Request the Franchise Application Form and the Non-Disclosure Agreement (ECF) from head office
- Complete both and return them to head office
