Description

The SmartChef YXY-25D Gas Pressure Fryer is built for high-volume sites where gas is cheaper or more available than 3-phase power. It delivers 45,000 BTU into a 25-litre oil reservoir and runs at 12 psi for fast, juicy results across a 60-200C temperature range. A three-tier 250 x 340 x 195 mm basket holds up to 30 chicken pieces in a single cycle, ideal for high-throughput chicken concepts. The unit uses a small 0.65 kW 220V single-phase electrical supply for controls and ignition. Floor-standing 500 x 1040 x 1180 mm, 165 kg.
